Job Summary

BNWorld, Inc. is located in Irvine, CA near John Wayne Airport.  We are seeking a Full-Time highly motivated and energetic receptionist/administrative assistant to hold down the front office.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage incoming phone calls with direct support to customer service representatives.
  • Provide administrative support to General Manager and Owner.
  • Maintain office equipment and order supplies and office snacks.
  • Greet visitors and business associates.
  • Assist with HR filing and management.
  • Maintain company calendar/events and travel schedules.
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing mail and shipments.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 2-3 years office experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (365)
  • Ability to maintain Outlook Calendar
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Self-starter and resourceful
  • Excellent phone etiquette and professionalism
  • E-Commerce knowledge a plus
